Flow

Flow is our signature all-levels class designed to energize and challenge you. You’ll move continuously through a curated series of exercises based on Joe Pilates’ classical order, with modern flair. Ideal for those comfortable with the basics, this class emphasizes fluid transitions, strength, and endurance — all while keeping that mind-body connection at the center.

Advanced

Strong. Precise. Elevated.
For experienced movers ready to take it up a notch. Our Advanced class moves at a faster pace and includes more complex sequences, transitions, and variations. You'll be challenged to deepen your practice, refine your technique, and explore your edge — all under the guidance of expert instructors. Pre-approval or prior experience required.
